(a) Spa Training And Education Centre Pte Ltd (Spatec)

Spatec, the spa & beauty training and education school, currently offers over 30 professional certificates and diplomas in the areas of spa, body and beauty therapy. We work with various internationally-recognized and local professional spa and beauty institutions (ITEC, NSRS, ITE) to conduct training and education courses in the spa and beauty industry, and to equip an qualify students with various spa and beauty skill-sets, so as to administer the various spa and beauty therapies.

Spatec provides qualified staffs and employees, in all aspects to support our medical spa chain, Sensori Institute Pte Ltd, and to support our consumer beauty distribution chain, Sensori Interntaional Ptd Ltd, through a diverse network and distribution agencies, spas and beauty outlets, both in Singapore and in the overseas markets.

Spatec will continue to offer new certificate and diploma courses, which are in current demand, to match the industry needs and requirements. It would also boost up and recruit more professionals into its international teaching pool of lecturers and instructors, so that our students can benefit more from the diverse exchange of knowledge and technical expertise.

Spatec aims to further provide graduate diploma and degree programs, in the spa and beauty arena, that are recognized internationally, in the Asia Pacific arena and in Singapore. It also aims to extend its outreach, by working with professional and educational partners, both locally and overseas.

(b) Specialist Clinics

Sensori Holding comprise of 2 clinics in order to provide a high level of professional clinical, and dental services to the dental and healthcare market segments. .

Our clients and customers thus have the choice to use our special and effective products to meet their dental aesthetic needs, or choose to consult our panel of specialist doctors for their professional advice, procedures and treatments.

(c) Sensori International Pte Ltd

Sensori International Pte Ltd functions as the Headquarters office and is the main distribution hub for all the consumer beauty and aesthetic products promoted and marketed under the Sensori International brand.

Sensori International controls and coordinates the major marketing and logistic activities to promote the products and services in several strategic key cities in China, Indonesia and Malaysia, including Singapore. These cities have been chosen as the starting base, to leverage on our existing business network and distribution partners in these cities.

Further on, new distribution partners and franchisees from other key cities in China and other regional markets in the Asia Pacific region, will also join in the distribution network, so as to achieve better economies of scale and cost, and to minimize operational overheads and optimize resources.

We have established 2 key brands, Charmant and Clarabelle for the different market segments in different key cities and countries, to complement the different market demands and consumer beauty requirements.

(f) Hubei Minkang Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd

Sensori’s first investment foray is in the acquisition of Hubei Minkang Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd in the 3rd Quarter of 2007.

Hubei Minkang Pharmaceutical is a modern pharmaceutical corporate enterprise that produces and markets Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is certified with 11 National GMP certifications and is recognized as a high-tech enterprise from the Municipal Council for Science and Technology of Yi-Chang City in Hubei, China. Hubei Minkang Pharmaceutical produces more than 10 different medication formats, ranging from Tablets, Capsules, Palletized Granules, Pills, Oral Solution, Mixtures, Syrup and Injections.

Hubei Minkang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is backed by distinctive technologies and equipped with advanced equipment, and there are 640 staff members, consisting of over 300 specialized technical personnel and 30 licensed pharmacists.

It is also the main distribution and principal supplier of Clarabelle beauty products in China. Sensori’s range of beauty products, including the Clarabelle Face Lifter Serum, Clarabelle Pigmentation Serum, Clarabelle Breast Serum and Clarabelle Male Serum, will be produced in the factories of Hubei Minkang Pharmaceutical, after the extraction process in Singapore.
