Chairman - Mr. Lee Tong Tai

• Mr. Lee started his career with the Singapore Armed Forces and held several key appointments in the staff and operations capacities. He also attended the Portsea Officer Cadet School in Australia. He was appointed the Chief Engineer Officer at the apex of his exemplary Singapore Armed Forces career.
With his outstanding leadership in command and control, he was also tasked as the Chairman of the National Day Parade in 1996 where he received a PPA (Pingat Pentadbiran Awam) - Bronze medal from the President of Singapore. Since then, he had successfully executed various national events with outstanding achievements and high commendation. He received numerous commendations from many foreign ambassadors.

• Mr. Lee is the custodian and visionary leader for Sensori Holding, and its strategic business units. He holds an executive role in the business expansion activities of the company, along with extensive merger & acquisition programmes, so as to steer Sensori towards the development of strategic alliances with our key business partners and distributors.

• Mr. Lee is currently the Chairman of Bizpoint International Pte Ltd where he initiated and promoted Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions to many small medium enterprises. Under his directorship, the company is rapidly expanding its operation to many parts of China and countries in South East Asia.

• Mr. Lee graduated with a Bachelor in Commerce majoring in Business Administration, Banking and Finance and attended various senior executive programmes such as the Stanford-NUS Executive Programme.

Executive Director/Chief Financial Officer -- Sensori Holding(S); Managing Director -- Sensori International – Ms Grace Ang

• Ms. Grace Ang is the Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer of Sensori Holding(S) Pte Ltd and Managing Director of Sensori International Pte Ltd. She is a dynamic partner that has held many challenging appointments in areas such as Finance & Marketing, Real Estates, Operations, Human Resource Training, & Accounting and her specialty lies in Human Resource management and Corporate Finance.

• Prior to joining Sensori International, Ms Ang is the Executive Director for Bizpoint International Pte Ltd. Ms Ang is one of the key persons in developing the Business Strategies and formulated the Overseas Marketing Master Plan for the company. Her contributions include, providing intuitive knowledge of Marketing & Financial solutions, identifying and research on market trends and market niches, and seeking new opportunities for business and investment.

• Ms Grace has extensive experience in exploring and expanding overseas markets or branches. She has contributed extensively in strategic planning and formulating viable solutions for foreign/overseas penetration in Malaysia and China.

• Grace Ang graduated with a Bachelor in Commerce, majoring in Finance & Marketing.

Business Consultant / Group Deputy CEO /Director - Mr. Christopher Tay

• Mr. Christopher Tay is currently the Project Consultant to NTUC Income for Group Health insurance and ST Electronics-ISS for eSCM and eHealth. He possesses valuable business experiences that are strategic and important to the overall development of Sensori Holding and its related businesses. He is one of the co-founders of the group.

• His previous corporate experiences include, Asst Director, Corporate Development & Services (Sembcorp Venture), General Manager, Bintan Resort Ferries, General Manager/Director, BRF Holidays, Chief Operations Officer, Tan Tock Seng Hospital; Chief Executive Officer, NTUC Healthcare Cooperative Limited and Deputy Group CEO of Richland Group Pte Ltd.

• Mr. Tay holds various key appointment ( past and present ) in many organizations: Councillor of Punggol-Pasir Ris GRC Town Council and Vice-Chairman of Finance Committee, Punggol-Pasir-Ris GRC Town Council, Business Adviser of CTC Healthcare Travel (Medical Tourism), Board member of the Centre for Seniors (NTUC), Director of YES Holding, (Industrial Park venture in Yichun/Jiangxi Province, Member of Institute of Mental Health Medifund Committee, Chairman of Citizens Consultative Committee ( Punggol-South CCC ), Member of School Advisory Board of Hougang Primary School, Member of the North Vista Primary School Advisory Council, Chairman of Education & Welfare Committee, Board member of NTUC Eldercare Cooperative Limited. He also conducts ad-hoc teaching in Nanyang Business School for modules in Hospital Management.

• Due to his outstanding performance during SARS as Chief Operations Officer of Tan Tock Seng Hospital, he was awarded the National Day Award, Pingat Kepujian (Commendation Medal), and the Courage Medal, Singapore Courage Fund for SARS.

• Mr. Tay graduated with a Bachelor Science (Econs) Honours from University of London and has an MBA (Hospitality & Tourism management) from Nanyang Business School, NTU. Mr Tay is also a Chartered Marketer with the CIMUK and holds a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Singapore, Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Associations of Business Executives (United Kingdom) and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Chartered Marketing Institute of United Kingdom.

Medical & Business Consultant / Director – Dr. Chong Weng Chiew

• Dr. Chong Weng Chiew is our Group Medical Consultant, with his great experience and networking in China since 8 years ago , he is able to provide business and medical advice and training to all our business partners and franchisees especially in the China market.

• Dr. Chong was the Member of Parliament of Singapore, Tanjong Pagar GRC from 2001 to 2006 and also vice Chairman of the Group Parliamentary Committee (GPC) for Ministry of Health during this time. He was also the Town Council Chairman of Tanjong Pagar GRC from 2003 to 2006, and was involved in the estate management of more than 80,000 household. Dr. Chong was the CEO of Ang Mo Kio Hospital from 2003 to 2005.

• Dr. Chong is currently holding the Directorship for 4 listed companies with operations in China. These include (a) FibreChem Technologies Ltd, a synthetic polyester and leather producer with factories in Xiamen and QuanZhou, (b) Reyoung Pharmaceutical , with factories in Shanghai and ShanDong, (c) United Environmental Technologies Ltd, a waste water treatment company with projects in Tianjin and Guangzhou and (d) Cacola Furniture International Limited, a company involved in manufacturing and distribution of furniture in most parts of China.

• Dr. Chong graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of MBBS.

Medical Consultant (Aesthetic) / Director – Dr. Janet Lee

• Dr. Janet Lee Yen Fen is our Group’s medical advisor and consultant in the areas of aesthetic medicine and weight management.

• Dr Lee runs a successful chain of family medicine clinics in Singapore. As the Medical Director of Temasek Medical Centre, she oversee the clinical practice, training and development of the clinics and staff. Besides family medicine, Dr. Janet Lee also has a special interest in Aesthetic Medicine and Weight Management.

• Dr Lee obtained her medical degree from the National University of Singapore in 1989. She also holds a diploma in Aesthetic Medicine (USA), and is currently a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM).

Medical Consultant (Dental) / Director - Dr. William Choo

• Dr William Choo is currently the co-Managing Director of Lee and Lee Surgery Pte Ltd. Lee and Lee Surgery has been operating fort 34 years in Singapore, and there are current 13 dentists, 1 visiting consultant and 1 orthodontist in the dental team.

• Dr Choo is actively involved with the dental fraternity, and currently holds the position of President of the College of General Dental Practitioners in Singapore. He has been actively engaged in community work, and has been involved with the Lions Club for the past 10 years. On a regular basis, Dr Choo performs free dental screening and treatment for senior citizens at 2 retirement homes in Singapore.

• Dr Choo graduated from National University of Singapore in 1990, and also obtained his Postgraduate Diploma in 1997 from the Royal College of Surgeons UK. Dr Choo is a general practitioner, with special interest in cosmetic dentistry, implants and gum surgery.

• Dr Seah Chee Seng, is our Group’s advisor in the areas of plastic and cosmetic surgery, and is the owner and Medical Director of The Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Clinic.

• Dr Seah holds an MBBS(Singapore), FRCS(Glasgow) and FAMS(Plastic Surgery), and has special interest in cosmetic surgery of the face and body as well as the latest non-invasive/minimally-invasive aesthetic medical treatments. Besides cosmetic surgery and medicine, Dr Seah also has an active practice in reconstruction of the breast following mastectomy for breast cancer.

• Dr Seah is a registered Plastic Surgeon under the Singapore Medical Council and the Singapore Ministry of Health’s Registry of Specialist. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine of Singapore (Plastic Surgery). Dr Seah was also on the panel of examiners for the exit certification for plastic surgery of the Specialist Accreditation Board of the Ministry of Health, Singapore.

• Dr Seah was the President of the Singapore Association of Plastic Surgeons for 2004/5. He is also an active member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) and the Oriental Society of Aesthetic Surgery (OSAPS).

• Dr Seah was a Consultant Plastic Surgeon with the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the Singapore General Hospital from 1993 to 1997 before embarking on his private practice. Dr Seah remains as a Visiting Consultant to Singapore General Hospital. He had also held Visiting Consultant positions at the National Cancer Centre, Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Changi Hospital.

• Dr Seah was awarded the Singapore Government Health Manpower Development Plan Fellowship in 1992/93 and underwent advanced training in plastic surgery at the Department of Plastic Surgery, Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston and at the Harbourview Medical Center, Seattle.

• He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1982. He obtained his postgraduate fellowship in Surgery in 1988 from Glasgow and commenced his training in Plastic Surgery at the Singapore General Hospital. He had further training in Reconstructive Microsurgery in 1991 at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taipei on a Microsurgery fellowship award.

Medical Consultant (Dental) / Director – Dr. Sree R.

• Dr Sree is the co-managing director of Lee & Lee Dental Surgeons, since 2002.

• His interests in dentistry include cosmetics, implants, surgery and aesthetic gum surgery.

• Dr Sree's other interests include helping and feeding the poor and raising funds to build schools in third world countries.

• Dr Sree graduated from the University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1980, and has a postgraduate degree DGDP (UK), which he obtained in 1997.

Medical Consultant (Ophthalmology/Lasik) - Dr. Lee Hung Ming

Dr Lee Hung Ming, is our Group’s advisor in the areas of lasik surgery, and the Medical Director and Senior Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at Parkway Eye Centre, a facility of Gleneagles Hospital.

Prior to his current appointment, Dr Lee was formerly the Head of LASIK surgery in 2 of Singapore’s premier hospitals – Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) and National University Hospital (NUH).

As one of only 3 Asian surgeons who sits on the 10-member-Global Advisory Board for Refractive Surgery, Bausch & Lomb, Dr Lee has achieved many ‘Firsts’ in LASIK surgery:

• First in Asia to perform bladeless Cornea transplant using IntraLase in May 2007 at Parkway Eye Centre, Gleneagles Hospital.

• First in Singapore to insert an implantable contact lens to cure severe myopia in 2005

• First surgeon in the world to perform Wavefront LASIK using Iris-recognition technology in 2004.

• First in Singapore to perform the All-Laser, No Blade LASIK in 2004

• First in Singapore to implant a lens implant into the eye to treat severe myopia in 2004

• Dr Lee led the medical teams that performed the first Wavefront-guided LASIK in China (2002) as well as in Taiwan (2003).

Educated in Singapore as an ASEAN Scholar, Dr Lee is also Singapore’s ‘Everest ‘LASIK surgeon – having performed LASIK for Mr Khoo Swee Chiow, as well as the Singapore Women Everest Team members who will be climbing Mt Everest in 2008.

One of the most sought-after speakers in many international and regional eye meetings, Dr Lee was awarded the ACE award, the highest educator award for training Asia-Pacific Surgeons in cataract and refractive surgery, by the Asia-Pacific Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgery in 1994.
