A healing environment will improve the quality of the lives of our guests, and Sensori offers to do that, by offering our guests, a respite from the pressures of daily life, by up-keeping their personal appearance, and by maintaining in balance and harmony, the body, mind and soul.

A nourishing and healing environment, embracing zen-like and functional local architecture and design, comfortable furnishings and soft fabric, soothing colours reminiscent of a modern hospitality-like setting, decent lighting, pleasing aromas and melodic sounds. The environment needs to please the senses in the aspects of sight, sound and scent, while catering to touch and taste.

Our philosophy and focus is targeted towards a non-medical and non-clinical approach and environment, where our guests do not feel or require the expertise of a medical professional, although medical expertise is available from our panel of medical consultants.

Guest who approach our check-in and reception counter, will be directed and guided to 2 different pathways, either non-medical treatment or medical treatment, based on their needs and preferences.
