It plays an active role in managing all the key assets of the invested companies and business units under its investment portfolio and provides leverage for the Sensori group to source for new investments and to provide corporate and advisory services.

Sensori Investment actively seeks for investments in strategic assets which are aligned with the integrative healthcare, beauty and holistic businesses within the Sensori group. It extensively engages in merger activities and forms partnerships and joint ventures with like-minded companies and individuals, and participates in acquisition activities with corporate enterprises and SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) that can significantly add and enhance value to the overall group’s business propositions. To this end, Sensori Investment would continue to seek, invest, merge and acquire companies that meet its corporate objectives, as we embark on our journey together with our partners, towards a common corporate objective.

A comprehensive suite of investment and advisory services, including corporate governance, management structure re-modelling and execution, strategic negotiations, partnership arrangements, IPO listing preferences and diversified investment strategies, would be included within its corporate investment portfolio.
