and consultant in Service Excellence for the past
decade in Singapore and other countries. Her forte
is in developing Service Strategy, Service Standards,
Service Implementation Roadmap and attainment
of the Business Excellence - Service Class award.
She holds a Masters of Science in Human Resource
Management and Training degree with Leicester
University, UK.
Mr PETER LIM
Founding member and Chief Trainer
Peter Lim brings with him more
than 10 years of training and leadership experience.
He had led and trained teams successfully towards
meeting the organizational profit bottom line.
He was directly involved in drafting and delivering
"public education program" to foster positive
attitudes towards national service. He has designed
and conducted service training for the hospitality
industry, government sector, multinational companies,
tourism and other professional sectors. He has
a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from Central
Queensland University and ACTA (Advance Certificate
in Training and Assessment).
Mr RONALD
DALDERUPExpert in Strategic marketing & Service Excellence
Ronald is an expert in the field
of strategic marketing and brand experience with
a focus on getting organizations to innovate from
a "people-experience-perspective". He is a member
of the European Institute for the Experience Economy
and has conducted lectures in the area of trends
in retail and hospitality experience. Ronald has
worked and lived in Asia for the past 8 years.
During this period, he has organized workshops
in the ASEAN region as well as in Australia, Japan
and China. He graduated with a degree in Mechanical
Engineering and Operational Marketing from a Dutch
University.
Mr DANNY QUAH SOON HOE
Service Implementer and Trainer
Danny has an extensive background
in Finance particularly in the field of audit
and taxation. He has provided executive consultancy
to senior management of MNCs in Singapore. He
is committed to excellence through structured
implementing of customer focused policies and
systems which benefits organizational bottom line.
Danny is a member of The Chartered Association
of Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Mr SUBASH PILLAY
Master Trainer, Auditor and Service Specialist
Subash forte is in the area of
Training and Development of Staff on Service Quality.
As a Training Coach, he had conducted Train the
Trainer program and Audits on trainers. The objective
was to help develop them and enhance their delivery
skills that would be consistent with the established
trainer standards, set by organizations. His hands
on experience on service, can be traced back to
35 years spent with the SIA group of companies
where he worked with SATS Cargo, SATS Catering
and SATS Staff Training at the Singapore Changi
Airport. Subash holds Masters of Science degree
in Training from Leicester University, U K.
Mr VAITHILINGAM MOHUNDAN
Trainer and Consultant in Productivity, Quality and Service
Mohan specializes in quality
and productivity improvement skills. He is experienced
in helping teams find innovative solutions to
improve customer service, enhance work processes
and save Costs. For the last 15 years, he has
conducted workshops in innovative problem solving,
supervisory skills and customer service. He is
also an expert consultant, coaching teams in marketing
their improvement initiatives at National Conventions.
He holds a B.A degree from NUS and a Dip in Hotel
Management from Switzerland.
